Orders

My whole focus on the ordering and building process is for both me and my customer to have as much fun as possible.  I’m retired, if it ceases to be fun, I’m not going to do it any more.  I try to make the ordering process as easy as I can.  First, I do not take deposits.  Taking money ahead of time turns things into work, and I do not want to go there.  Plus, I want the customer to feel free to walk away any time if they wish, it seldom happens, but I think it reduces the overall pressure on everyone.  So to start, you send me an email telling me what you wish for me to build.  I respond, telling you what I can or cannot do and give you an estimate of price.  Typically, we go back and forth a few times nailing down the details and the price.  If you decide to go ahead, you just let me know, and I put your name down on my production schedule and give you an estimate of the completion date.  During the building process, I will email you pictures of the progress.  When the uke is finished, I send you pics of the finished instrument and do a YouTube sound sample.  If you choose to accept it, you send me the payment and I ship it to you.  If for any reason you don’t want it, we can either try again or forget it.  Also, if you elect to receive the uke, but decide it is not for you after seeing it, you may send it back and I’ll reimburse you the shipping costs.  That is it in a nutshell, if you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact me.  The surest way is by email at BradfordJ48@outlook.com
